Hire Resolves client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Land Surveyor/Crew Chief in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in estimating and proposal writing.
- Maintain regular client contact to address project needs
- Manage survey projects efficiently.
- Monitor and uphold project budgets.
- Coordinate project requirements with team members.
- Conduct construction stakeouts and calculations.
- Perform boundary, ALTA, and topo surveys.
- Integrate field data and records into completed plans, plats, drawings, and records.
- Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Requirements
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of Carlson Software and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
