Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Land Use Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land use law and zoning regulations, with experience advising clients on a wide range of land development projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and high profile cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on land use and zoning matters.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support client initiatives and projects.

Draft and review legal documents, including zoning applications, permits, and agreements.

Represent clients in administrative proceedings, public hearings, and court litigation.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop effective land use strategies and solutions.

Stay abreast of developments in land use law and zoning regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Nevada state bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing land use and zoning law.

Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and environmental laws.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.
