Key Responsibilities Design and develop landscaping plans for high-end residential and commercial properties. Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Supervise field crews and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct site analysis and prepare conceptual designs, construction documents, and cost estimates. Lead client presentations and communicate design intent clearly and professionally. Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations. Maintain project schedules and budgets while managing multiple active projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and field staff. Collaborate with ownership to build and grow the design/project management department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (required). Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management. Proficient in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Passion for landscape design, innovation, and client service. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
