Landscape Construction Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the installation of high-end residential landscapes. You will work closely with our award-winning Landscape Architects, clients, and internal teams to manage projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects
- Collaborate with Maintenance Project Managers for seamless project transitions
- Participate in training for horticulture, equipment, and safety
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional landscape experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of client service experience within the landscape industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with BlueBeam software (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
