A growing landscaping and horticulture company is seeking a Landscape Gardener / Container Specialist in Cohasset, MA. This full-time role requires 2–4 years of professional gardening or horticulture experience. The successful candidate will manage container gardens, seasonal plantings, and landscape maintenance for residential and commercial clients throughout Cohasset. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and design container gardens, planters, and landscape beds in Cohasset properties.
• Select, plant, and arrange annuals, perennials, shrubs, and ornamental plants for seasonal displays.
• Perform pruning, fertilizing, pest and disease management to maintain plant health.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance, including watering, weeding, and soil care.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet garden design and landscape expectations.
• Monitor plant growth, troubleshoot plant health issues, and implement horticultural solutions.
• Safely maintain and operate landscaping tools, irrigation systems, and outdoor equipment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or container gardening.
• Knowledge of plant varieties, soil types, fertilization, and pest management practices.
