Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Full-Time

PENN is hiring a motivated Crew Leaders to supervise and work alongside a field team delivering high-quality weekly landscape maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew

  • Operate and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment safely

  • Train team members on safety and equipment use

  • Participate in snow operations (plow/salt trucks, skid steers, loaders)

  • Report safety or performance concerns and attend trainings

Qualifications:

  • Landscape industry experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, work ethic, and reliability

  • Mechanical knowledge of equipment

  • Valid driver's license with clean record

  • Abiility to lift 50 80 lbs. and work outdoors in all conditions

Pay & Benefits:

  • $18 $25/hour (based on experience)

  • Full-time, Monday Friday + seasonal overtime

  • PTO, employee discounts, professional development
