Location: East Norriton, PA

We're looking for motivated, career-driven Landscape Maintenance Technicians who take pride in their work, value accountability, and want long-term growth within a supportive and growing organization.

Position Overview

The Landscape Maintenance Technician works under the direct supervision of the Crew Leader/Foreperson and plays a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and health of commercial properties. This hands-on position includes lawn care, planting, pruning, equipment operation, and maintaining clean, professional job sites.

Compensation
  • Starting Pay: Competitive, based on experience

  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week

  • Average Work Week: Approximately 45 hours

Typical Schedule
  • Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Some Saturdays as needed

  • Seasonal extended hours

Uniform Requirements
  • Company provides shirts, pants, safety vests, and safety equipment

  • Employees must provide and wear work boots

  • Standard company uniform required while on duty

Primary Responsibilities
  • Follow direction from Crew Leader/Foreperson

  • Perform routine groundskeeping and landscape maintenance

  • Mow, trim, and edge lawns

  • Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and apply mulch

  • Trim shrubs and remove weeds

  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, edgers, sprayers, weed eaters, etc.)

  • Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and trucks

  • Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Attend trainings as requested

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial landscape maintenance experience

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)

  • Reliable transportation to and from the branch

  • Experience operating and maintaining landscape equipment

  • Physically capable of demanding outdoor labor

  • Punctual, dependable, self-motivated

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Team-oriented with willingness to learn

Note: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. A driver's license is a plus.
