We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Production Supervisor to lead maintenance crews, ensure quality standards, and support the growth of our landscape maintenance operations. Responsibilities Supervise landscape maintenance crews and enforce company standards Plan and organize maintenance routes for maximum efficiency Inspect job sites and create punch lists for crews Verify quality of work and ensure punch lists are completed Train and coach crew members on proper maintenance techniques Manage maintenance equipment and vehicles Communicate issues with management in a timely manner Meet with customers when needed to address concerns Assist crews in the field when necessary Qualifications Minimum 5 years landscape maintenance experience Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Basic knowledge of irrigation control systems and minor repair Basic knowledge of landscape equipment maintenance Strong organizational and leadership skills Valid driver’s license What We Offer Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Consistent year-round work Apply today to join a growing landscape team focused on culture , quality and professionalism! #J-18808-Ljbffr
