Landscapers of the Moon, a landscaping company based in East Austin, TX, is seeking skilled individuals to join their team as Drivers and Crew Leads. This company specializes in landscape design, installation, and maintenance, focusing on native plants, modern design, and sustainable practices. They provide high-quality landscaping services to both homeowners and local businesses.

• Installation Crew: As part of the crew, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality landscape installations, including masonry, carpentry, plant care, tree work, conservation, and more.
  • Efficiency: Be punctual, plan ahead, and stay on task to complete jobs on schedule while maintaining a fun work environment.
  • Quality: Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and ensure work is completed to perfection without cutting corners.
  • Collaboration: Work with a team to install native plantings and locally sourced materials to create sustainable, beautiful landscapes.
  • Task Completion: Finish tasks 100% before moving on to the next, ensuring no work is left incomplete.

• Weather Tolerance: Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Physical Strength: Must be able to lift 80+ pounds multiple times per day.
• Tool Knowledge: Experience using hand tools, landscape tools, and battery-powered equipment.
• Driver Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for drivers.
• Experience: Experience in construction, landscaping, welding, concrete, masonry, or carpentry is preferred.
• Location: Must be able to get to the shop in East Austin.
