Position Title: Landscaping and Maintenance Person

Roosevelt Mobile Home Park is seeking a Landscaping and Maintenance Person to join their team full-time. This position will be responsible for maintaining the park's landscaping and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-kept.

• Landscaping duties: Mowing, trimming, and gardening.
• Maintenance tasks: Responding to maintenance requests, handling emergencies, and performing routine maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Must Have:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven experience in lawn care.
  • Experience in maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance.
  • Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Verifiable references are required
