Position: Landscaping Foreman

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Job Summary:
Required Skills:

• 5+ years of landscaping experience REQUIRED

• Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions
• Experience leading a crew of 2-4 crew members.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions
• Ability to work overtime
• Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with customer service and engagement
• Ability to pass a drug test & background check (No felonies)
• Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
• Experience with with landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk behind, bed edger, zero turn mowers, etc.)
• Experience with bed enhancements inc. plants, flowers, trees, mulching, new turf lawn, etc
• Experience with irrigation repair- nice to have, not a must
• Experience with mulch/gravel/plants/lawn installation
• Experience of at least 5 years with snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery
• Experience with operating various snow equipment (V-Plow, snow-rator, snow blower, salt box)

Preferred Experience

• Light Construction- Patio, gazebo, retaining wall, fencing, draining solutions is a bonus to have

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
