Summary:
We, UserWise, have partnered with a medical device company to ask Registered Nurses and with experience assisting in Laparoscopic procedures to help evaluate their new medical system and improve its design and functionality. Who We Are: UserWise, LLC
UserWise runs usability studies for all types of medical devices to improve the safety and ease of use during the manufacturing process. These devices are typically new to their respective fields and will end up serving countless healthcare providers and their patients, which is why is it essential to conduct these usability studies prior to their usage in clinical settings.
Study Details:
- Dates Available to Schedule: February 20th-March 20th 2024
- Session Length: Sessions are 45 minutes on average
- Location: 10 Almaden Blvd., San Jose, CA 95113
- Compensation: $200
What You'll be Doing and Why:
- You will be attending a single session of approximately 45 mins on any of the dates available.
- Once scheduled, you will be guided by our study team throughout the study session to perform a series of simulated tasks with the device.
- The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the device performs in as realistic of a setting as possible, which includes having experienced health care professionals like yourself.
- You will be one of the first to work with the device and your participation will help improve the device's design, functionality, safety and more for all intended users (health care professionals) and those it serves (patients).
