Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
• Inspect lawns for signs of disease, pests, and other issues, and communicate with customers about treatment options.
• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a neat appearance and promote healthy growth.
• Apply mulch and other landscaping materials as needed to enhance aesthetic appeal and soil health.
• Maintain and operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and educating clients about lawn care best practices.
• Keep accurate records of each job, including treatments applied and the condition of the lawn, for future reference.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in horticulture or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and common pests or diseases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites.
