Job Summary:

- Lead architect and developer for advanced Cobalt programs within the Lawson S3 v10 environment.
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale customizations, integrations, and enhancements for critical business processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues such as performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Develop and maintain high-complexity workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, and automated data pipelines between Lawson and external systems.
- Collaborate with technical analysts to evaluate, implement, and test patches, security updates, and version upgrades.
- Enforce rigorous development standards, version control, and documentation best practices for long-term stability.
- Support major deployment cycles, regression testing, and production releases, ensuring zero-defect outcomes in regulated environments.
- Translate evolving business requirements into technical specifications and scalable coding solutions.
- Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) on Lawson architecture, integration frameworks, and module interdependencies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and cross-functional partners on Lawson technical patterns and best practices.
- Operate independently with minimal guidance, managing multiple concurrent projects in a fully remote setting.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and technical teams.
