LBM Territory Manager Apply
Basic Philosophy:
Sales, marketing and service responsibilities for Lumber & Building Materials customers in the Western New York market.
Job Description:
1. The Territory Manager reports to the LBM Division Business Manager.
2. The first duty is to develop personal and professional rapport between Bennett Supply and LBM accounts in the western New York territory. This territory includes the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and southern tier markets. The southwestern tip of Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties (Jamestown to Olean) will remain with PA.
3. The Territory Manager is responsible for all sales, implementation of marketing programs and services required in this marketplace by the customer base. The goal is to initiate, develop and grow business in the western NY market. Our success will be a function of the sophistication we bring to the partnership with these customers relative to three points:
- Warehousing and delivery efficiency
- Customer service ease/efficiency
- Salesmanship coupled with the consulting abilities of the Territory Representative.
4. The Territory Manager is also responsible for updating Wilsonart Boards, and other miscellaneous Industrial products, in the LBM accounts for Bennett Supply of NY, LLC.
5. Support and guidance will be provided by the LBM Division Business Manager. To help provide structure and planning to this job, weekly activity sheets will be used along with Tertial Reviews and Annual Budget Meetings.
