We are looking for a Lead Accountant/CPA to join our team! You will be responsible for day to day general bookkeeping as well as preparing and analyzing financial records for our companies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: A/R, A/P, sales processing, PO and inventory controls.
• There are 4 different companies operating at the same location with same ownership looking for someone to focus on accounting systems only.
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Develop system for information transfer to management and sales team.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• NetSuite knowledge.
• QuickBooks knowledge.
• Knowledge of agriculture beneficial
