Location: On Site – 4740 McFarland Court, McFarland, WI
Schedule: Full-Time (40–45 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour (based on skills and experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are a small, quality-focused residential remodeling company seeking a Lead Carpenter with strong skills in drywall, trim, flooring, and finish work. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working both independently and as part of a small team, and values quality and organization in every project.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential remodeling tasks including drywalling, insulating, trim, flooring, painting, and installing doors, windows, and cabinets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
  • Work independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
  • Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
  • Follow all safety and company procedures while using company-provided tools and equipment.

Requirements

  • Must live within daily commuting distance from McFarland, WI.
  • 2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling or related carpentry work.
  • Skilled in drywalling, insulation, trim, flooring, painting, and installing doors, windows, and cabinets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Must be self-managed, organized, and reliable.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
