Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team at Heffron's General Contracting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and working, carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Your Lead Carpenter expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Working Supervisor and coordinate carpentry work on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
• Work task, Kitchens' Baths, Addition's Decks, Siding, Windows, Doors, Electrical and Plumbing. Perform high-quality carpentry and other specialized carpentry tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on site. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills and understanding of construction plans.
• Strong Lead Carpenter leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is essential.
