The Wiese Co. is a high-end residential builder and renovation company providing fine-quality work with customer service as a priority. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled carpenter with at least
10 years of experience in high-end residential work to perform general construction duties at job sites in the Metro West area. As a Lead Carpenter you will work with other carpenters and subcontractors to maintain safe and productive jobsites and help meet scheduling deadlines and budgets.
The candidate should be well-rounded, motivated, and highly capable in all phases of work which include; framing, finish, decking, kitchen and bath remodels, as well as an understanding of working with the mechanical trades.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Set the job standard regarding quality and productivity
- Communication with homeowners and designers during job process - Possess good communication skills both written & verbal
- Punctual & reliable
- Coordinating & working with sub-contractors
- Can perform carpentry tasks with the highest degree of reliability, accuracy, and speed.
- Keeping jobsite clean, organized and safe - No smoking/vaping allowed in office, shop, company vehicles, or clients homes.
Requirements:
- Personal transportation & valid drivers license.
- Agree to Background check for an Equal Opportunity Employer
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
