Lead Change Management Consultant We are seeking an experienced Lead Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide technology, security, and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of business-critical changes by impacted stakeholders.You will operate in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities across a broad change portfolio. This role collaborates closely with program delivery teams, senior leadership, communications, human resources, and other key partner functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust change management strategies, frameworks, and plans for enterprise programs or multi-workstream projectsApply proven change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) and customize approaches based on business context and stakeholder needsAssess organizational readiness and change impacts; define tailored interventions across sponsorship, communications, training, coaching, and resistance managementServe as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders, coaching them on effective change leadership behaviorsAlign change management efforts with project and program delivery frameworks to ensure cohesive execution and adoptionDefine success metrics and integrate them into program-level reporting and performance monitoringPromote best practices in change leadership and contribute to the evolution of enterprise change management capabilitiesCollaborate with agile delivery teams, product owners, and functional leads to embed change early in the development lifecycleProvide guidance and mentorship to junior change professionals or contingent resourcesRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field6+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or a related disciplinePreferred Qualifications Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)Experience leading change efforts within technology, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiativesExperience in consulting environments or cross-industry engagementsFamiliarity with Agile, project management, design thinking, or customer experience frameworksStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and lead in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and lead change in complex organizationsExperience supporting large-scale transformation or strategic initiatives involving process, system, and culture changesBackground in training development, stakeholder engagement, or communications planning is a plus
