1 Resource Group is seeking a Lead Cleanroom Construction Technician to join our team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in cleanroom construction processes and techniques. As the Lead Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and compliance of cleanroom environments, ensuring that all operations meet stringent industry standards.

Your leadership skills will be critical as you coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals, while your technical expertise will drive quality workmanship. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-stakes projects within a growing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction and installation of cleanroom environments, including walls, ceilings, floors, and filtration systems.
  • Conduct inspections of cleanroom facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and train team members on cleanroom protocols and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials used, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cleanroom construction or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, protocols, and compliance (ISO, cGMP, etc.).
  • Experience in supervising construction teams and managing projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

$27.00 hr
