This client creates a SaaS platform that supports life science and pharmaceutical companies. They are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Architect to build and support AWS infrastructure. This is a full‑time position, requiring three days per week on‑site in Greater Boston. In this role, you will help shape cloud architecture, develop infrastructure using tools like Python and Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and build reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to ensure high‑quality software delivery. Additionally, you’ll guide technical decisions across the organization, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and built to handle large volumes of complex data. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Engineering 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership role Experience designing and building systems in AWS environments Strong proficiency in Python Hands‑on experience with data platforms, data pipelines, or data‑intensive applications Experience with API’s, microservices, and cloud‑native architecture Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform and CloudFormation Strong experience managing CI/CD systems, preferably with GitHub Actions Desired Skills & Experience Experience working with scientific data, life sciences, or lab systems (ELN, LIMS) Experience supporting AI/ML or data platforms Familiarity with Kubernetes What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 60% Building AWS Infrastructure 20% Managing CI/CD Pipelines 20% Deployment Automation Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On 20% Management Duties 10% Team Collaboration The Offer You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Unlimited PTO Company paid Life Insurance, LTD/STD Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full‑time basis now and in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
