What You’ll Do As a Controls Engineer / PLC Programmer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing automation systems for industrial and water treatment processes. Responsibilities include: Program and configure PLC and HMI systems for industrial and water/wastewater applications Develop and maintain PC‑based graphical interfaces (SCADA/HMI) Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to define system requirements Create functional descriptions, system documentation, and training materials Support system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Assist with system integration, networking, and program deployment Ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across all control systems What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred Hands‑on experience with PLC and HMI programming Strong knowledge of Windows‑based systems, networking, and program configuration Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver precise, high‑quality work Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and clients Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Nice to Have Experience with programming languages such as Visual Basic, SQL Server, or C++ Background in water/wastewater or industrial automation systems Why Join Us?
