Answer yes to any of these, then this role might be for you!We are seeking an experienced Lead Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of our product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for providing product strategic leadership and guidance for an enterprise Pharmacy Benefit Management reporting product.As a key strategic leader, you will partner deeply with the respective stakeholders across the company to understand the customers, current product landscape, operational needs, and business goals to develop a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap that achieves outcomes and delivers value. You will support and mentor team members responsible for the entire life cycle management of product lines/products, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing. Design thinking methodology is at the center of all you do, ensuring customer centricity is the core of your product so that you deliver the right value to the right customer at the right time.What you will do:Evaluate current state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, digital data and stakeholder conversations.Acts as the strategic advisor, provide support, subject matter expertise and guidance to product teams and partners.Engage and inspire the business leaders by participating in key Business Unit leadership meetings, operating reviews and investment meetingsSet the product strategy and find resolutions in partnership with senior business leaders, on overall level of investment and relative priority of epics and features on the roadmapConnect the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to department P&L, (e.g. opening up a new business revenue stream)Create a shared understanding among business partners of the intended outcome of each product, the cost of running the product and the expected benefit of any enhancementsKeep a close pulse on the voice of the customer, identify insights and propose solutions to address problems and maximize latest opportunitiesBring a consultative perspective and recommendations to department leaders with an eye toward how the changing landscape may require them to adjust their business modelsRequired Qualifications:10 + years overall experience, including 8+ years of product management experience, owning enterprise-scale products/capabilities3+ years of experience leading and developing teams3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or insuranceExperience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teamsAbility to travel at least 25% per yearPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy Benefits Management or healthcare experienceBI or Analytics Product Management experienceHigh technology and data acumenExperience product transformation, activation and operational model within complex environments across large organizationsExperience problem solving and consulting within complex environments across large organizationsExperience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and experienceClear and concise oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and ability to influence across disciplines and levels of seniorityAbility to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct matrixed teamsCritical thinker with the ability to make informed choices in a high-pressure environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituentsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving internal and external customer experiencesEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePay Range: The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
