Cultivate team expertise by mentoring junior staff and sharing technical project management best practices. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. 5+ years of professional experience managing electrical engineering projects. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale technical initiatives from inception to final delivery. Deep understanding of electrical systems design and modern project management methodologies. Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard project management software and documentation tools. Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
