We are looking for a Lead Electrical Project Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of complex electrical infrastructure initiatives. You will drive technical excellence, manage cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure that high‑impact engineering solutions are delivered successfully. Responsibilities Direct end‑to‑end electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fiscal targets. Define project scope and technical deliverables in partnership with multidisciplinary teams. Architect comprehensive project roadmaps, including resource distribution and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Track performance metrics and pivot project execution to maintain momentum and quality standards. Facilitate transparent communication with key stakeholders regarding project health and milestone achievements. Uphold rigorous adherence to electrical safety codes and industry‑standard compliance frameworks. Cultivate team expertise by mentoring junior staff and sharing technical project management best practices. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. 5+ years of professional experience managing electrical engineering projects. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale technical initiatives from inception to final delivery. Deep understanding of electrical systems design and modern project management methodologies. Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard project management software and documentation tools. Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
