Job Title: Lead Full Stack AI EngineerLocation: Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon/PuneExperience5–7 YearsEmployment TypeFull-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer with 5–7 years ofexperience in Data Science and AI Engineering to lead the design, development,and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI full stack solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end AI/ Data scienceproject delivery, from problem formulation, prototyping, model development,and deployment to production, along with the ability to lead small teams anddrive AI initiatives within the organization.This role requires a combination of technical depth, leadership capability, andstrong problem-solving skills to deliver scalable AI solutions that create businessvalue.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & GenAI Solution Development Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and Generative AI projects includingideation, experimentation, development, and deployment. Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM-poweredapplications and intelligent automation systems. Develop proof of concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and production-grade AIfull stack solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.Engineering & Deployment Develop scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment. Deploy models using MLOps/LLMOps best practices. Implement AI systems using cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks. Full stack development and deployment knowledge and experience inproduction.Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and AI engineers. Guide the team on technical architecture, development practices, anddelivery timelines. Drive best practices in AI development, documentation, and codequality.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Engagement leads, business stakeholders, andengineering teams to deliver AI solutions. Communicate technical solutions and results to technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,Data Science, or related field.Experience 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AIEngineering. Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects from prototype toproduction. Experience leading small teams or technical initiatives.Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks(PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.GenAI StackExperience with tools such as: LangChain / LlamaIndex OpenAI / Anthropic / HuggingFace models Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) RAG architectures Prompt engineering and model evaluationAI Engineering & MLOps Experience with model deployment frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Docker). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Experience and familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js)Preferred Qualifications Experience building enterprise-scale GenAI and full stack solutions. Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or parameter-efficient training (LoRA,PEFT). Knowledge of AI system architecture and scalable AI infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, or distributedsystems. Prior experience in leading AI projects or mentoring teams.Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead AI initiatives and mentor team members Strong ownership and delivery mindset
