Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Angular & Java) Location: Farmers Branch, TX Type: Contract Compensation: Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Overview [Insert compelling overview to attract top candidates, highlighting the exciting opportunity to work on high-profile financial technology projects within a collaborative hybrid environment supporting innovative data initiatives for leading financial services.] Responsibilities Design and develop complex enterprise user interfaces using Angular 20+ Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Java technologies Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups and sprint planning Lead code reviews and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Optimize application performance and database queries Support software testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance activities Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and SDLC processes Requirements 6–8+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience developing complex UI applications with Angular 20+ Proficiency in Java API development and integration Experience working within Agile methodology environments Familiarity with Jira project management tool Strong communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required Master's degree preferred Work environment: Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas (Farmers Branch), TX EST or CST time zones preferred Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without sponsorship System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
