Aaryavarta Technologies is looking for an experienced Game Designer with strong knowledge of game design principles, game theory, player psychology, and gameplay balancing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging game mechanics, meaningful player experiences, and well-structured game systems across mobile, PC, or multiplayer games.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign innovative and engaging game concepts, mechanics, systems, and progression loops.Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs), flowcharts, level design plans, and gameplay specifications.Apply game theory and player behavior understanding to design rewarding and balanced gameplay experiences.Balance gameplay systems such as economy, difficulty, rewards, progression, and retention features.Work closely with developers, artists, animators, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of game features.Design core loops, meta systems, monetization mechanics, and retention strategies where applicable.Analyze gameplay feedback, testing results, and player data to improve overall game experience.Contribute to level design, mission design, tutorial flow, and user engagement strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, market expectations, and successful game mechanics in different genres.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Game Designer in mobile, PC, web, or multiplayer games.Strong understanding of game design fundamentals, game theory, player motivation, and engagement systems.Ability to create clear and structured game documentation.Good knowledge of gameplay balancing, reward systems, progression design, and player retention.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to translate ideas into fun, practical, and commercially viable game mechanics.Understanding of casual, strategy, board, card, multiplayer, or simulation game design is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Unity-based game development teams.Knowledge of live ops, in-game economy, monetization, and A/B testing.Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and UX thinking for games.Passion for playing and analyzing games across genres.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking someone who can not only design fun gameplay but also understand why players make decisions, how systems interact, and how to create games that are both enjoyable and strategically strong.
