About the Role

Client is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership across multiple locations. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving initiatives in employee engagement, talent management, change management, and organizational development. The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership across 50+ multi-unit locations.

  • Lead HR initiatives supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Partner with management on organizational changes, culture enhancement, and employee development.

  • Support and guide HR teams in implementing corporate HR policies and strategies.

  • Travel up to 50% as needed to support multiple business units.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-unit or regional HR support.

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations.

  • Proven experience in relationship building, change management, and influencing leadership.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Retail or Automotive HR environments.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • SHRM or HRCI Certification.

  • Union environment experience.
