Lead Hvac Technician Service Manager

InfraHire is hiring for Lead HVAC Technician / Service Manager in Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area :

- Perform hands-on fieldwork including diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment
- Independently manage and schedule service assignments and organize efficient service routes
- Communicate directly with property managers, residents, and customers to address service needs
- Scope jobs, prepare estimates, and help determine initial service offerings for the company
- Establish and uphold standards for tools, vehicles, parts, safety, and service quality
- Train, supervise, and help recruit assistant and additional technicians as demand grows
- Contribute to the company's long-term service strategy and operational development
- Position will evolve towards greater leadership, training, and service management responsibilities as the company expands
- Requires at least five years of broad HVAC field experience and relevant certifications/licenses
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, independent work, and organizational skills required
- Prior experience in training or supervising technicians is a plus
- Looking for a reliable, trustworthy professional interested in helping build and lead a growing company
