Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture LeadRole SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the design, governance, and evolution of our cloud and infrastructure environment. You will combine architectural responsibility with team leadership while remaining deeply involved in technical decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain secure, scalable cloud and infrastructure architectures.Lead cloud platform governance, landing zone design, policy enforcement, and cost optimization.Drive automation (IaC), standardization, and infrastructure modernization.Oversee workload migrations and hybrid/cloud integrations.Ensure security-by-design using Zero Trust principles and industry security frameworks.Manage monitoring, resilience, performance optimization, and operational continuity.Lead and coach a small team of infrastructure specialists, including capacity planning and prioritization.Align architecture roadmaps with business and IT strategy.Required Technical BackgroundStrong experience in enterprise cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure).Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and automation tooling.Deep understanding of Azure networking, identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), RBAC, and policy management.Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, endpoint management (Intune), and identity & access management.Solid knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, security controls, hardening, and risk management.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel).Background in hybrid infrastructure, virtualization, and systems engineering.Strong understanding of IT operations, service continuity, and performance tuning.Offer:Competitive salary (4500-7000 gross)Full benefit package (company car, fuel card, meal vouchers etc.)Remote work (2-3 days per week)Opportunity to make key decisions, experiment and innovate to help evolve the roadmap ahead.Training, certifications provided.If you're interested, please don't hesitate to apply or email your CV to:
