This role will work closely with project management, operations, and installation teams to install new nurse call systems at our customers.What You'll Be Doing:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following general areas:Oversee and manage all aspects of client-site servicing, repair, and installation projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveryPerform service, maintenance, modifications and installation at customer sites, with minimal supervisionProvide on-site customer repairs; responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairsDiagnoses cause of system malfunctions to prevent additional problemsFollow procedures for testing of equipment and performance of preventive maintenance activities; adhering to all quality assurance testing plansCoordinates modification and maintenance activities to prevent interruptions in operationsInforms Supervisor/Manager of any and all system problems immediately so that they can be relayed, communicated and escalated as necessaryPrepares and provides reports as requested on system issues and projectsCollaborates and communicates effectively with sales, co-workers, other department and customers includingProvides mentorship and training to junior technicians, guiding them in complex problem-solving and technical skills developmentDedicated to providing excellent customer service; Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with various levels of customersManage company assets including company vehicle, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.Operate safely and within guidelines or regulations. Demonstrate a pro-active approach towards, safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental and customer regulationsWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
