This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a design professional with a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.In this role, you’ll be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, overseeing architectural aspects, selecting FF&E, and managing all interior design elements of projects. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand and exceed their needs, leading design presentations, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of design projects from concept to completion.Develop and present cohesive interior design concepts, space plans, and material boards.Oversee the production of detailed construction documents, millwork drawings, and architectural plans.Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories (FF&E) aligned with client preferences and budgets.Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure design intent is met.Manage client expectations through effective communication and regular updates.Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation during the construction and installation phases.Maintain timelines and ensure deliverables align with project goals and brand standards.QualificationsBachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2–5 years of professional experience in high-end interior design or architecture.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. SketchUp, Rhino, Revit & 3D rendering is a plus.Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes is a bonus.Strong visual and verbal presentation skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.Fluent in English; working knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
