Lead Java Backend Developer

Job Description We are looking for a motivated Java Backend Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs for web applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Java Design and build REST APIs and microservices Write clean, efficient, and reusable code Work with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance Participate in code reviews and development discussions Required Skills Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts Experience with Spring Boot or Spring Framework Understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices Basic knowledge of SQL databases Familiarity with Git/version control Good problem-solving and communication skills
