Required Skills: 10+ years of IT experience with Java Full Stack development Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices Frontend experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Hands-on experience in REST APIs and API integrations Experience with Apache Camel, ESB, and messaging systems (Kafka/ActiveMQ/JMS) Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) Experience with SOAP/REST services, XML (XSLT/JAXB), JSON, and flat files Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
