Lead JAVA Developer

Lead JAVA Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead JAVA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing robust and scalable JAVA applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. This role requires a deep understanding of JAVA technologies, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience with JAVA and J2EE technologies. Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 9+ years of JAVA development experience. Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role is preferred. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
