Lead Java Developer (React & GCP) | W2 Only | On-site.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in React and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern frameworks Architect and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Functions, and BigQuery Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and DevOps Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Java development Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar Experience with relational and NoSQL databases Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies GCP certifications are a plus HR Xlysi LLC, Expert Portal Solutions 251 Milwaukee Ave, Buffalo grove, IL 60089 Web : E-mail: Our training portal registration:
