Lead Java Developer

Title: Lead Java Developer Duration: Long Term Contract Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Rate: $57/hr. Interview mode: Video Conference/In-Person Joining: ASAP This is the description. Job Description: • Min 7+ years as full stack developer and solid troubleshooting experience in React front end and spring boot application. • Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects • Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers • Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project • Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project • Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs • Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff • Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
