Lead Java Developer Duration: Long Term Contract Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Rate: $57/hr. Interview mode: Video Conference/In-Person Joining: ASAP This is the description. Job Description: Min 7+ years as full stack developer and solid troubleshooting experience in React front end and spring boot application. Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
