Lead Java Developer With P&C Insurance Exp Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ Contract Must Have – Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: · Legacy forms extraction (mainframe → structured JSON). · Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation). · Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic). · Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient). · Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering). · Batch + real-time processing patterns. · Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD) Roles & Responsibilities: · Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform. · Own extraction → transformation → integration pipeline. · Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data. · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment. · Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment). · Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.
