Title: Lead Network Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (Must be US based, working on EST)
Type: 6 Month Contract
Max Pay Rate: $90/hr W2
Visa: Must be US Citizen or GC Holder (No 3rd Party Employers)

Our Indusrty leading client is seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Network Engineer to assist in the desing & implementation of their next-gen Newtork Infrastrcuture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network infrastructures across a globally distributed organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior network engineers.
• Act as a subject matter expert in networking technologies and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize network performance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure against cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to and resolve escalated network issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of network documentation standards.

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead/Senior Network Engineer or similar role in a large-scale global environment.
• 7+ years experience/knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in routing, switching, firewall administration, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network security and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
