Description

Consultants are needed to augment state staff with the continuing support and maintenance of several Oracle Forms applications. Upgrades and re-writes of these applications will also occur. In addition, consultants will be responsible for new java application development.

Duties

• Design and create scripts for databases
• Develop, maintain, and enhance both Oracle Forms and Java applications
• Application testing
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (15+ Years)
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite.
• 84 months of programming experience developing forms using Oracle Forms 11g or higher AND developing reports using Oracle Reports 11g or higher.
• 84 months of programming experience developing, maintaining and/or enhancing electronic attendance and leave applications for public sector, with a significant 24/7 workforce operation.
• 60 months of programming experience working in a Unix environment developing Korn shell scripts.
• 60 months of programming experience creating, modifying relational database structures and using PL/SQL for writing triggers and procedures for Oracle RDBMS version 11g or higher.
• 84 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• 48 months experience programming experience in server-side Java web applications in a multi-tier architecture, such as presentation, application and database tiers, using JDK 1.5 or higher.
