Job Title : Senior SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 9-15 Years
Location : Tallapoosa, Georgia (Anywhere in USA)
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years focused on driving SAP cutover processes.
- Proven experience in leading at least 2 SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects as a Cutover Manager.
- Prepare Cutover Plan
- Plan and execute the cutover activities for the workstreams where SAP is responsible.
- The consultant should have experience leading end-to-end cutover activities like creating detailed cutover plans with task-level activities, executing mock cutover in the QA system, and final cutover in the Production system for large-scale sap S/4HANA implementations.
- Plan and execute Hypercare activities for three months post-go-live.
- Work with the project team to create a cutover and hypercare plan.
- Will require round-the-clock coverage during periods of high demand. This role will work with their US counterpart, and in other regions for continuous coverage.
- Create a high-level cutover execution timeline including all stakeholders
- Create a detailed cutover plan with pre and post-data migration tasks
- Add dependencies for the tasks and fallback scenarios
- Review and align the cutover execution planning with all stakeholders.
- Resource alignment for individual tasks and agreement from them
- Access for the users to perform assigned tasks in production
- Execute mock cutover (QA system for UAT Prep)
- Coordinate mock cutover execution in the QA environment for the UAT prep
- Track execution of pre and post-data migration tasks and adjust the detailed plan
- Apply lessons learned to review execution timing and adjust dependence
- Execute Final Cutover
- Prod system availability and access to the resources for task execution
- Coordinate with the stakeholders and prepare them for the cutover execution
- Coordinate and track execution for pre and post-migration activities
- Coordinate Prod system validation
- Communicate task completion and milestones achieved during cutover
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
