Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree in a related field with strong supply chain process engineering experience.
Proficiency with SAP WMS and advanced Excel skills to analyze data and optimize warehouse processes.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives within warehouse, logistics, and distribution environments.
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated success managing complex improvement projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Job Summary Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to business processes that improve distribution center performance. Executes improvement initiatives that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.
Responsibilities Drive the implementation and adoption of process innovations across the distribution network, including documenting and standardizing operating procedures and distribution processes.
Develop and maintain labor standards, labor management system configuration, and distribution center reporting.
Perform “test and learn” to create processes that increase customer value, reduce costs, and increase building capacity.
Determine the root cause of performance defects through data analysis, data decomposition, and process observation.
Collaborate with business partners across functional areas in support of supply chain initiatives.
Perform data collection and analyses for process mapping, budget development, and cost determination for project feasibility.
Develop project plans, communicate business process changes, and manage project priorities to meet schedules and budgets.
Ensure process controls are defined, implemented, and monitored to sustain results.

Work Environment Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. Work may involve regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights. Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or may involve stooping regularly or moving/lifting light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field, OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.
Certification required in some areas.
Compensation Pay Range $121,700.00 - $185,800.00 Annual.
