An outstanding Lead Product Manager - Technical is a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to track requirements and efficiently reprioritize priorities. With a strong strategic background, they excel in guiding cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Effective communication and collaboration skills are paramount, as they work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements. 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Pushnami, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Create and manage a product roadmap, outlining feature development, enhancements, and optimization initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with development teams, marketing, sales, data science, and other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics.
  • Provide technical leadership by translating business requirements, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, including development of technical product roadmaps, prioritization of product features, measurement of results via appropriate metrics, etc., preferably in the affiliate marketing or performance marketing industry.
  • Comfortable with complex technical concepts with the ability to understand and simplify and communicate. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering successful software products.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
