Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus * 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital commerce, marketplace, or operations-heavy environments * Experience with AI, automation, or optimization systems is strongly preferred * Strong technical fluency - ability to work with engineering, data science, and analytics to define requirements and evaluate solutions * Proven analytical expertise with experience in SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks * Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical and business audiences clearly and effectively * Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a lean environment with shifting priorities * Strong operational instincts - capable of diving into logistics, data, etc.
