Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Project Engineer, located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The Lead Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, leading project teams, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving technical challenges to meet project goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
  • Experience in Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering with a focus on technical problem-solving and compliance.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
  • Knowledge in Project Planning, including resource allocation and progress tracking to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead diverse teams to successful outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a leadership role and familiarity with engineering standards and regulations are advantageous.
