Lead Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6+ months with probable extension

Description:

We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to be responsible for testing technical solutions to flag bugs, usability issues, and any other defects before delivery to users. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain project-specific QA processes to ensure control quality and provide consistency in the products that are created
  • Schedule and coordinate all testing activities that are 1) internal to the technical development team and 2) performed by external teams such as the performance testing group or the business users
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scripts
  • Develop and implement test script standards to ensure consistency and enable automation
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Create and execute, and/or coordinate creation and execution, of manual test cases and scenarios
  • Create and support execution of User Acceptance Testing scenarios
  • Track and report test results
  • Track defects and defect remediation
  • Escalate issues when appropriate
  • Provide support for creation and execution of automated test scripts including performance testing

What You'll Need Required:

  • 8 or more years of experience as a QA Analyst in software product or custom software development
  • 5 or more years of experience creating, reviewing, and executing testing plans and manual test scripts
  • 3 or more years of experience using automated testing (unit, regression, and/or stress/performance)
  • Experience with Logistics
  • Experience ServiceNow
  • Experience with Worksoft Certify
  • Strong QA planning and management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
