The Lead Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting both technical and non-technical candidates for the organization or client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up advertising campaigns and creating job postings.
  • Contacting potential applicants through various channels.
  • Handling recruitment paperwork, reports, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborating with managers to align recruitment needs.
