Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. • Ensure code compliance (mechanical/electrical/gas), jobsite safety, and photo documentation (model/serial, final install).
  • Partner with dispatch/warehouse for material pulls, returns, and next-day readiness.
  • Coach an apprentice: task assignment, quality checks, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years leading residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, gas furnaces, condensers, air handlers).
